V0.3 Second Update coming atcha!

Hello friends!

We have a lot to catch up on as much as happened these last couple days! We have had two more additions to our team (Welcome!) rounding us to a team of 14 strong. One thing we all agree on is how lucky we are to have so much enthusiasm and momentum from everyone in the team even still. It's infectious and has helped everyone motivate each other!

New additions to the team aren't the only exciting thing though! We have built a lot of our base infrastructure for the project already and while there is still a ways to go, seeing so many pieces fall together so quickly can't help but get us fired up! Read more below for the sweet, sweet, deets.

There are some lessons to be learnt too though. For some of us, this is our first experience working in a team environment and for all of us, this is our first experience working in a dev team this size! While the efforts have been there, in retrospect, A decision made in the style, tone, and overall art direction in our kick-off meeting would have helped increased workflow tremendously. Composition of our tracks is also very difficult without visual aids of the artstyle and settings too and overlooking that has had a negative impact on performance on our audio team. We also made the mistake of not double checking everyone was using the same version of Unity which led to some "start-overs" and work delays.

We have been able to rally and get back on the same page with some final decisions and direction being made, however! Communication truly is KEY after all!

We are excited to share the next update so stay tuned for more!
